In dieser persönlichen 1:1 Beratung analysieren wir mögliche Zusammenhänge zwischen Deinem Erscheinungsbild, Deinem Wohlbefinden, Deiner Ernährung, Deinem Lebensstil und – falls vorhanden – Deinen Laborwerten.
Für Frauen, die verstehen möchten, welche Faktoren ihre Haut, Haare, Energie und ihr Erscheinungsbild beeinflussen können.
90-minütige Zoom-Beratung inklusive individueller Empfehlungen, schriftlicher Zusammenfassung und möglicher nächster Schritte.

Jede Beratung wird individuell vorbereitet und ausgewertet. Um ausreichend Zeit für Analyse und Nachbereitung einzuplanen, stehen pro Monat nur wenige Termine zur Verfügung.
We look forward to teaching you our stress-free approach that empowers you to make sustainable decisions and feel good doing it. We focus on the "quality" of ingredients, not the "quantity" of calories, carbs, fats, etc. You will get both obvious and less obvious ideas on how to stock and replenish your pantry and refrigerator.
You will remain independent of a specific diet plan (this works with all of them, whether you prefer paleo, vegan, keto, etc.). Every step you take and every progress you make is your own decision to achieve your goal. We are here to make it manageable for you.
Start where you feel most comfortable when it comes to removing unsafe items. Whatever is easiest for you, we will follow that path.

Here's How It Works!

If you are happy with the outcome and wish to proceed, we can arrange further sessions. We will go through your pantry together. A virtual session means you don't have to let anyone into your home. We will provide basic tips, not only on how to organize your pantry, but also on how to maintain it.
